Summary:
In this, book, Percy Jackson, the main character, his friends, and the Olympians needs to fight in a war between the Greek gods and the Titans. Percy and his friends try to keep out Kronos’s approach by sea, they try many things like try to blow up his ship, Princess Andromeda, and one of his friends, Beckenford sacrifices his life to destroy the ship. After destroying the ship, Percy gathers up the campers and get ready for the urban battle. Before the battle, the dreaming god, Morpheus makes the people of New York go to sleep. Many gods help Percy fight like the Hunters of Artemis, satyrs, naiads, dryads, and other tree nymphs, and more.
Percy and his friends fight to protect Mount Olympus from the huge army Kronos brought. Even when Hades, the god of the dead bring his undead army, Kronos enters the gate of Mount Olympus. Lastly, Percy and Kronos fights in the throne room. Percy wins and the gods send down the demon to Tartarus. After the fight the gods rewards Percy, Grover, Annabeth, Thalia, and Tyson at the end of their huge quest. Percy told the gods to promise that their son will recognize whose son they are at the age of 13.
Comments: This book was full of fighting scene than the other Percy Jackson books. I think this is my favorite in the series. It was full of adventure, too. But there also was many sad scene’s as well. But I really thought how the Gods and the campers trusted in him. Percy really had a hard good relationship between every demigods, and the gods. It’s great to have those kind of relationship between somebody.
I recommend this book to a person who likes fighting scene and a sad scene. You better try this book! I bet you’ll like it!
